I'm hoping it's not a case of Wilder using Joshua's name to try to build a following but not really have intentions of risking his title yet. I still think it's happening this year but if it doesn't then I'm just going to believe Wilder's bravado backfired and his true colors were shown. Especially since he's always been the one saying "I'll fight for anything..Not about money", remember it's Wilder that's saying "I want the fight they are scared" and then before a negotiation has begun he says "They won't fight me. They don't want it". That doesn't sound like a guy who's entering negotiation in good faith and sounds very much like Mikey Garcia or Adonis Stevenson. Dude's even been offered 6x his highest purse after saying all the above and is still saying "He's a joke. They are scared. They don't want it".

I'll be patient and hope it gets done but a lot of things are pointing to Wilder not being serious about going through with it for now.

Joshua gonna have to fight Wilder or Fury at the end of the day there are no easy roads these guys act like the division is wide open or something like they have so many other choices clearly they don't, there's like 5-6 HW's worth mentioning and only 3 at the highest level..

This isn’t Parker, Wilder has already negotiated in public and some have actually took up his bait and believe him. He claimed he doesn’t care about the money, he is being ducked and dodge, no more excuses etc and am holding him right to that, the offer is on the table, better than what ever he has made in his career or would ever make in the next 12 months. It’s time to sign that deal or better yet offer AJ 50million which a lot of American posters on here said was available if that fight happens in Vegas. I just want to see this fight now, and am holding everyone of yous and calling a duck if he ducks this fight.

You are right about how his fans came about. He was ridiculed and laughed at as a nothing fighter and nobody was really defending him or building him up and then as soon as Joshua sells out a few big venues and gets some steam Wilder has a fan base and a legion of fans defending everything he says, talking trash about the guy ranked above him and overselling his "skill set".

The fight will not be making 100 mil purse to split. If people are saying it is, then AJ won't even take 60/40. He will take 50/50 because 50 mil is a great payday. Heck Oscar only hit 52 mil once in his career... and no one before that hit more than 35 mil...

Anyone who truly believe this fight makes 100 mil purse (Would have to be 200 mil revenue) then you're very optimistic, but I'd like to call it foolishness.

Again pay AJ 50million from those Vegas gate, networks etc that are so big on the fight in America. You cannot have it both ways, first ya claimed he was ducking even though he had a fight, now he has present ya with offers and you want him to cut his pay to pay Wilder more? He took risks to win those belts, he had to take the short end of the stick to get to where he has in 21 fights. The same risks that wilder didn’t want to take in 40 fights, so no he shouldn’t be rewarded more than what is on offer. All that stuff about flat offer or not doesn’t concern us, his flat rate first offer is more than what Parker earned with his % and 4/5 times what Wilder has ever made, if AJ really didn’t want this fight he would ask for 4/5 times what he usually makes to put his 3 belts on the line.
