Stevenson always has a perfect excuse why a fight can't get made. Smh. Legitimate reason or not, it gets to a point everyone starts starring at you, why can't you get fights fans want? Something must be wrong with you then.

I totally forgot about Stevenson. Him and Peter Quillen or how ever they spell it can retire today and most fans won't even notice that's if Quillen isn't retired already.

I haven't watched a Stevenson fight in years and I doubt I missed anything of substance.

The way that Alvarez is being treated in all these years is saddening. The guy has no lobby, everyone knows the guy is a threat to Stevenson, otherwise Stevenson wouldnt have ducked him for 3 years. How can Chickenson get away with avoiding his #1 mandatory for 3 years? There are still people supporting this criminal behavior and act like "He took step aside money".. do you think that he had a choice? He is the victim here, if he doesnt take the money he gets nothing and his career is done, they will cover up the story and get rid of him and totally ruin his career.

The fight is planned for the 19th of May. There is a card on the 19th of April but not with Stevenson.

He has become a specialty boxer doe. Gets into mandatory position & then just shops for step aside deals. Weird dude, but its solid lil hustle I suppose & honestly I'm always a fan of a boxer getting paid for NOT fighting. Its sorta genius.
