Wilder should stfu and take the fight. His biggest pay fight is $2.1M which is 6x less what AJ is offering him. Prove to the world you are the number 1 champion you call yourself.

Fight for 12.5 million while Joshua gets KO'd and still pockets close to 70 million and retire no way let his punk @$$ fight Povetkin. Hearn wants to cash out on Joshua and then attempt to sign Wilder no way dude. That fight is estimated to bring in 80-100 million lol hahaha No!! Let AJ fight Povetkin for 15 million don't let that fool get a retirement check off you by earning four times as much lol Hell f**k it who knows you might get 5 million on your next fight but at least AJ won't get Connor McGregor rich off you lol

That's gone down very well with the U.K. Public who, like most boxing fans, had become thoroughly disenchanted with the risk averse cherry picking which has ruined heavyweight boxing over the past 15 years or so.
When AJ recently discussed the chances of getting beat and effectively said that it didn't concern him he was pilloried by US observers who claimed it was a sign of weakness. Whereas British fans see it as realism from someone who has sought to move up to the highest levels far quicker than is the norm.
If he loses it would hurt his image far more in US where there's an unhealthy fetishisation around the '0' than there would be in the UK where interest in his 'road to redemption' would probably only increase. He has a lot of credit in the bank with uk fans.

I said that GGG should have initially taken Canelo's first offer back when this exact situation was occurring between them. I think that Wilder should do the same. If he is as confident of victory as he says, then he will get seriously paid for the rematch. That said, 12.5 million dollars isn't peanuts and he won't get that anywhere else.

If it wasn't obvious before it is obvious now that Team Wilder have been claiming that Joshua is ducking and is scared as a strategy to use the media and irrational fans to gain negotiating leverage. This is the same thing Pacquiao and Bob Arum did with Mayweather. Negotiating through the media doesn't work. Look what ended up happening with the Pacquiao Mayweather media debacle and how many years it took to make the fight happen. This is a cheap strategy and it's not effective.

What has joshua done to deserve more money? He went life and death against an 41 year old Klitschko..I'm not a big wilder fan either but that guy comes to fight and he's throwing every punch with bad intention you gotta give him credit for that. Joshua couldn't knock out a kiwi amateur in parker and he thinks he can call the shots? Fu** him do your own thing deontay, people know you're the real champ...the only ******s supporting that fraud are his fellow UK folks, the same people who thought that hatton would destroy mayweather

If Wilder is serious he accepts the deal, if Joshua is serious he accepts the return deal because he will have no belts.
