Yeah, I'd agree with the improvement. I think Jermell lost to Charlo but at this point I'd make him almost 50/50 against Hurd in a fight for three belts so they are on the up. Let's see what their ceilings are. We should find out in the next few fights.

Much as I don't like them I think Boxing needs characters and guys to root against because that's what draws some folks in. At work I noticed all the people that talk sports know who Broner is but hadn't any clue who Mikey Garcia was and were shocked when I said Mikey will whup him.

With no doubt, love them or hate them you have to have these characters around.

I like how they fight. Dont pay attention to anything about them other than that. I think they havent done a whole lot but hopefully that changes. If not, it doesnt surprise me since boxing is moreso about selling a story than putting on the best possible fights now. Every guy thinks he deserves record breaking money for every outing.
