Oscar is the biggest draw in boxing, and probably the most famous active boxer in the world. The general public adores him, the women are all in love with him, and his record is hands down the best of any active boxer. Plus, he is arguably a top 50, some rank him top 30 all time P4P fighter, which is simply amazing.

This is why Pac is inconsistent IMO.
