Fair would be 10%, because that's the percentage of Joshua's purse he gets without Joshua.
However, seeing as he does add something to the fight, 20% is fair if you look at it purely from a commercial perspective.

I think 35 is fair, it's more than Parker got but this fight gives Joshua US exposure so it's probably worth to overpay.
