Wilder might be put into a position where he's offered chump-change and either has to accept, else give Hearn the line that its Wilder's fault for not taking the chance when offered.
If it really is 40%, Wilder should jump at it with no questions asked (and I'm sure he would).

Wilder would probably get close to 10 mil (still feeling like he got cheated lol). Larry Holmes once said he made more getting ripped off by Don King than he would've straight from any other promoter. Then once Wilder gets to the UK, the mind games start. Supposedly, the Klitschko brothers (especially Vitali's camp) were the kings of having all sorts of little, weird things done that would accumulate over the week buildup to a fight once their opponents got to Germany. I'd read ones about Briggs and Pulev that were pretty funny. Nothing malicious, just getting under skin, but repeatedly.

I hope the offer is a fair offer for which Wilder deserves.Remember for a fight of such undoubted financial magnitude it takes two names to make it.
In the meantime if the aggro is half as good as it is on here then we're all in for a treat!

He'd have to just take that because it's a little more than he's probably worth. Joshua could make basically the same amount against 5 or 6 different guys. Wilder would be lucky to get even 20% of the split they'd get in this fight against anyone else.
