The NSAC has no authority to send Canelo to prison. Where did you get that strange idea from?
What would be drug cheat Caneloterol's punishment from NSAC?

Their rules state, per NSAC 426, he will receive 1-2 year suspension. Most likely 1 year. Sentence is to be reduced by 50% if he cooperates, which he is. Dude you were part of one of my threads where this too was already discussed. You must be cheifing on that super gooey chronic doe! 😂😂
BTW, congratz dude on a very productive Pick'Em weekend.Comment

I don't remember GGG ever running from Canelo for a single minute. He wanted the first fight and he wants the rematch. The are both great fighters to me and I'm sorry their May 1st fight fell through. Canelo should be cleared to fight GGG in September and it should be a war.Comment

As others have said: they'll give him a year and then cut it to six months for cooperating.
Pulling out of the fight will create a lot of goodwill because now it's not on NSAC for causing all that revenue to be lost. They'll give him a six month retroactive from the date of the failed test, which will allow him to fight September. Bet on it.Comment

He’ll get 6 months.
The whole 1-2 Years thing will become 1. They’ll say something like ‘since it is in line with tainted meat blah blah blah we will give him the lenient punishment blah blah’.
This is said to be potentially halved if he plays ball, which if he knows this then he will do of course.
6 months for a fighter who is only willing to fight twice a year, think about it. Basically nothing really.
He should get a year at least, anyone else would.Comment
