Why doesn’t he deserve it? Willy Monroe or no one besides jacobs and canelo deserved it tbh. Im pretty sure besides Jacobs and maybe so Andrade will beat everybody on ggg’s resume pretty easily tooLast edited by Mrsantiago; 04-09-2018, 12:58 PM.Comment

Because he isn't taking $100k for the fight like Monroe Jr did, he isn't a mandatory nor does he have a belt. Why should he jump ahead of the line?Comment

because there is a line of 3 for may 5.
spike
sergiy
andrade
out of those 3, I would only pay ppv for ggg vs Andrade.
if you prefer sergiy, that's cool because he is the mandatory, but spike dont deserve the fight more than Andrade. at least Andrade had a title before, spike can't even say that.Comment

Nobody is paying for an Andrade PPV. Stop living in la la land. Out of all the 3 he's the least deserving and most unreliable. Maybe he should stop pulling out of fights and actually fight somebody. He's the #1 WBO contender. He could've fought Jacobs or the guy Jacobs is fighting for an eliminator. Why didn't he? Because he's a joke that's why. Andrade isn't serious and I wish people would stop taking him seriousbecause there is a line of 3 for may 5.

I think he was the Mando to jermell belt then he went and fight culcay for some odd reason when obviously he had no intention in enforcing his mandatory against Lara.Andrade was a top amateur, who isn't really relevant as a pro. He beat Vanes Martirosyan for a vacant WBO title, and was supposed to defend it against Jermell Charlo in 2014, but Roc Nation Sports convinced him to pull out. They promised him $550k, but screwed him over after he pulled out, prompting him to sue them. He then put himself in a position to face Lara, by taking the WBA regular world title from Jack Culcay, yet didn't. Instead, he vacated the title and moved up to 160. So far, the only guy he fought at 160 is Alantez Fox. Sergiy Derevyanchenko wanted to fight Andrade, but the latter pulled out of negotiations due to alleged injuries, so the fight was put off until this year. The thing is, Derevy just fought some other guy, and both him and Andrade want GGG, so their fight is just up in the air now. Andrade hasn't fought at all this year. Matter of fact, at one point, he fought once a year, for 3 years.
What do you guys think about Andrade?
His career is one of the worst I've seen. Him and Mikey seems to share the same adviser or something.Comment

Andrade has talent and it is getting wasted away. Too bad because the more the merrier. More options for to fighters in meaningful fightsComment

Neither Derevy, O'Sullivan or Andrade are PPV draws, but unlike the other 2, Andrade's known for pulling out of fights, isn't GGG's mandatory, and has fought literally once at 160. GGG needs an opponent now, and most fighters wouldn't fight on short notice. Derevy's lawyers recently sent a letter to the IBF, and the IBF is pretty strict when it comes to mandatories, so he might end up getting the fight. Andrade needs to prove that he actually wants to fight the best, before the best are willing to negotiate with him. The sooner he understands that, the better.because there is a line of 3 for may 5.
