i disagree with you on this one. burns is a solid trainer and he built the 'foundation' for jermain, but emmanuel is refining it. jermain taylor's balance is awful, he's uncoordinated and his defence is a little shabby. emmanuel will be able to bring out his best weapons - offensively. emmanuel is like an offensive coordinator in football.

stewards formula didn't work, steard said, "jermain will be perfected in every way" or somthing simlar he said on he count down, and if it wasn't for taylors second wind and confident demeanor, im not sure he would have been as active, cause for a second i thought "oh ****, another of stewards fighter runs out of gas in a fight and now taylor may lose" but taylor got his second wind and i saw him winning

He fell off balnce a couple of times could he was getting tired, and i disaggree i think it was two or three times that taylor really stunned winky but didn't follow up. taylor broke winkys defence

i take your point about how steward's fighters tend to run out of gas or are overtrained. i also think sometimes his fighters tend to lack a jab and they tend to load up on a big punch. we have seen this plent of times with the g-man, hearns etc.

i do think, though it was part of the gameplan that steward made up for taylor. taylor's jab would of been blocked and his punches wouldn't of flowed any easier.

manny was telling him the right things to do, to keep away from the damn ropes. i don't know why taylor had his left hand down, but i really don't think this is grounds to criticize steward.

Emanuel was only able to train him for a short period of time; it takes time to make his commands cemented in Taylor's head.

Maybe it is those skinny calves of his, trying to hold up such a big frame
