Not sure how Lara vs Hurd was close

Hurd controlled the action and beat Lara literally from pillar to post. Had it not been for Bayless allowing Lara 20 seconds to recover after the knockdown, Lara wouldn't even had seen the final bell.

How the judge had Lara winning even despite the knockdown and being outlanded and outworked throughout the fight is baffling. I guess the only way for Hurd to beat Lara on the one judges card was to literally kill him.

    Anyway:

Final Showtime stats had Lara landing 176 of 572 total punches (31%), with Hurd landing 217 of 824 (26%).

What i highlighted in black pisses me off more in modern boxing then any thing else...still pissed off about that happening to Amir Mansour durinhg his two knockdowns against Cunningham.

If a Fighter isn't ready to immediately continue after his 10 seconds, then fight should be over.

It almost works against some fighters to knock their opponent down as by the time they get a chance to hit them again, 20 seconds have elapsed and the knocked down fighter has recovered his senses.

You know what pisses me off? When fighters aren't ready at the beginning of rounds, their corners haven't left the ring. Like Hurd's corner at the beginning of round 12. Should be an automatic point deduction.

            People DKSA judging a fight.

They don't see all the details, small jabs.

Hurd clearly beat Lara, outlanded and dropped him.

Hurd vs Lara, Kova vs Ward, GGG vs Jacobs/Clenelo, Lara vs Williams.

I always have the guy winning landing more on compubox so I'm starting to think compubox is getting better,
