DeGale is taking a long break and will do everything to get the WBSS winner to cash out in the UK, maybe he even gets another tune up, doesnt seem like Uzcategui has enough powers behind him.
But i agree if that fight happens Uzcategui beats up DeGale.. DeGale cant hang with the top dogs of the division no more, Ramirez, Benavidez, Uzcategui and even Groves beat him up.

Would rather see Benevidez vs Uzcategui in that WBC/IBF unification bout. Benevidez vs DeGales would be a complete WASHING I think Benevidez sends DeGale into retirement after brutalizing him and stopping him that would be ugly
Uzcategui I think beats DeGale as well unfortunately for him so it is Pick Your Poison for him basically
Caleb Plant trying to talk his way into that mix, he should pursue that WBA Strap and try to position himself for the winner of Groves vs Callum Smith WBSS Finals Winner!

Bad knees, bad shoulder.
He did well the other night to put it in the last 2 rounds.
Tbf, I don't begrudge James cashing out vs George.
He's going to suffer a bad loss soon. He has had a tough career and deserves the dough.
I thought he'd lose to Truax

He has such a high opinion of his own abilities he won't see it this way but his best option (other than retiring as "champ") is see if he can somehow manage to hang onto the title long enough to get a retirement fight against Groves.Last edited by tokon; 04-09-2018, 05:41 PM.
