Everything tells me Hurd is tailor made for Lara but at the same time I see Hurd knocking him out.

I think Hurd gained some very valuable experience the last 2 fights vs Trout and Harrison.

you scorched me earlier viz-a-viz ggg/lara but i see we are on same page here - Hurd is on a sharp upward trend, Lara has been coasting in recent fights vs never weres or never will be type fighters - for Lara, now, Hurd is a big step up compared to recent comp. For Hurd lara is a step up compared to Trout but smaller stepup

Cliff only tends to pick the pick-em fights - so if he gets a 60% rate that's actually pretty good. It's easy to predict fights with 1/10 favorites - as the other guy does.

I've liked Lara's fights/career but I think Hurd might be too much in this fight. If Hurd doesn't get a tko/ko then I see a split decision result. Won't be mad if Hurd wins as I like his 'take no prisoner/fight the best attitude'

Not very accurate at all. He didn’t even post his to date pick ratio, which seems to continuously get worse. With that said, and regarding his 60% pick wins thus far in 2018, I hope he’s right because I’ve gone with Hurd in my pick em!

I did; 6-4 going in. 7-4 now. I usually finish the year around 66-70%. If it's much higher than that, we didn't see enough competitive fights. I hope I'm 50-50 and we see a bunch of classics that are impossible to feel safe picking. Like tonight.
