Lara is gonna fight like he did canelo. I have Hurd winning by default because Lara will literally be running away. Then he will cry after the fight "waaah waaah but i outboxed him waaaaaaaah".

Same reason canelo beat him and tito beat odlh.

I respect Hurd for taking the fight...but I think Lara schools/possibly stops him. We will see though, Hurd did stop Trout and that is not easy

The size of the ring is 20 x 20, if I’m not mistaken. Damn the ring, it’s the size of Hurd that’s gonna make the fight. He just has relentless pressure. Just gonna depend on how Lara handles it

If it's the same size as Billy Joe vs Lemieux was or similar then Hurd will have a long night, Lara has that Cuban pedigree. If it's a tiny ring I can see Hurd getting to Lara. Thoughts?.
It's in Vegas. Don't they always use 20x20? I'm pretty sure that's the standard ring size in Vegas

Trout was also absolutely pasting Hurd early on in that fight. Hurd is definitely an attrition fighter, but also a bit of a plodder. Lara will not chose to stand and trade as much as trout did, even if he is having success, so I doubt he fades as fast as trout did. We'll see tho.

I remember Lara and his team complaining about the ring size in the Angulo fight. It was small. They were crying it was a setup.
I thought to myself it's possible, but then if it was, then Haymon was also in on it and wanted Angulo to win the fight.

Yeah, the one in the Saunders vs Lemieux fight was huge.
I thought I heard Saunders say, "What were these clowns thinking?"

I agree on everything you said including the Canelo vs Lara and the Tito vs Oscar fights. They were close fights but they lost too many rounds by flat out running away. Hurd is a damn exciting fighter who fights the best every time. I hope he beats Lara but Lara is very skillful and beating him won't be easy as Trout could tell us.

hurd is black margarito, unless laras goes old as fuck from day to night, he'll beat hurd with ease. hurd is nowhere near canelo's level. dude is tough, i'll give him that, but the only defense he has is his chin and he follows you in straight lines without throwing punches.

I have a feeling Hurd will eventually wear Lara down and stop him. At the same time I think Lara is too good to lose this fight. I'm conflicted but we'll find out tonight.

I just saw a picture of both Charlos and Lara yucking it up. I would much rather see Charlo vs Hurd than Lara. If it's Charlo vs Lara it will be boring love fest.
