Comments Thread For: Conor McGregor Released on Bail, Court Date on June 14

Irish Mixed Martial Arts superstar Conor McGregor was released on $50,000 bail Friday after being hauled before a US judge on assault and criminal charges over a frenzied attack on a bus of rival fighters that injured two athletes. The 29-year-old, nicknamed "The Notorious," was filmed throwing a dolly through a window of the bus in a New York stadium at the end of a media event on Thursday. The bus was moving slowly through the Barclays Center loading dock at the time.

I wonder how all this is going to play out. Will Connor get a slap on the wrist or will the victims sue him for what he's worth..... If I was Connor I would have went to the WWE like Rousey after the Mayweather fight and start doing movies he doesn't have to punish his body like that in the UFC after making $100 million. Oh well it may be too late now!!!

At the worst, he'll just be fined and made to do around 100 hours of Community Service as its his first offence which will only take him 2 weeks to complete. As for the other things, he'll sort them out of court with some hefty settlements but he has the money to do that.

He'll probably also get a 12 Month Ban by the NY Athletic Commision, although he might not even get that due to this not taking place during an actual fight.

Dana White will also welcome him back to the UFC with open arms once he's done his community service and his comeback fight will be in 2019 which will be the biggest UFC PPV of all time.

If any thing this will just make him a bigger Star.

Tyson came out of Prison a Bigger Star then before, same with Mayweather.
