Some say x y or z. Realistically for me all four (IBF, WBA, WBC and WBO) now hold the same credibility. The IBO remains behind.

You never see anyone for instance drop x belt to challenge for y because it means more, it would only be based on opponent etc now. That says to me they are all even.

Those who disagree generally are either bias towards one fighter (a number of wilder fans eg “wba wbc ibf” guy claim WBC because they support their guy) and others may claim the WBO means less to them because historically it has. This has some basis behind it but again, I think overtime this is no longer the case.

none of them. cant say i ever really take note of whos got which belt, cant say i ever think 'oh wow, that fighters the ibf champ, he must be the best of the lot'. in fact dont really take note of belts full stop, best fighter in the division is based on resume imo, not belts which lets face it a lot of the time are acquired easily.

yes...I'd probably go with the ring. a fighter generally has to do more to earn that belt. it's all context tho...if a guy wins an alphabet belt for beating the best in the division, then it means something more...but in those type of cases, he'll probably win the ring belt too. it's a shame a promoter buying the ring has diminished the prestige of their belt. for years, it was the closest we had to one true champ per division.

The green strap is obviously still the most prestigious. The one I respect the most is the IBF thought. Takes a real champion to defend that one.

I got all 4 on equal level now. But the WBC be bull****ting the most.

That IBF belt look fly as fucc though when you pass by the merch table at fights.

IBO, IBF, WBO throw them in the trash

The only belt that matters is the UBF

"None" should've been an option. They are all crooks.
