Is Jamie Munguia A Young Hungry Lion That GGG Cannot Overlook?

We all know what happens when you overlook those young lions.

Look at the torque on that right hand. This kid seems polished.

Look at that enthusiasm/hunger. GGG ain't seen a mofo like this in a hot minute.

He has that look in his eye.

GGG has been here before and he knows what it takes when it's a fight of this magnitude

He could be good, but he is completely unknown. No points for beating him and if GGG somehow loses or even looks bad it lowers his stock tremendously. That being said, it's not on GGG, hard to find a good opponent this close to the fight. **** Canelo for ruining this fight.

I've seen him fight and they should not sanction this fight. Sullivan should get the fight.

GGG should be fighting someone better and I will be disappointed if he fights this guy. He will KO him quickly if he does fight him but it will be a meaningless win. There are higher ranked middleweights he could and should fight instead.

Boxrec ranks him 18th in the world. He is not ranked in the top 15 by the WBO, WBC, WBA or the IBF. GGG shouldn't defend his title against an unranked guy. Let this young lion earn himself a top 10 world ranking and then he will be a proper challenger. Sullivan is ranked 5th by the WBO and the others rank him in the top 10 as well. He would be an acceptable challenger as would Andrade.

Agreed. Spike sucks but he's ranked and has experience at least.
