Show me another instance of a boxer calling his own timeout midfight. Anytime in boxing history. when has that ever happened? Tell me.

Oh and Joshua didn't call his own timeout. I also thought he did too at first as well as the Showtime team. But when you watch it again, you clearly see the referee call for time and instruct Parker to a neutral corner. Watch it again, you'll see it.

Ortiz and Parker r about the same level power wise... neither has devastating one punch power above ko's against c-level competition. And of course Wilder looked better in his Win...Ortiz was coming forward the whole fight, unlike Parker who fought a mostly safe defensive fight.

          Lets examine the evidence:

Note: a second before this sequence Parker feints, A.J makes his intentions known ; bending his knees and loading up on his right -- This tells Parker to look out for the uppercut ( that A.J constantly was missing )

So Joey boy knows whats up, he comes in ready for the uppercut, he successfully evades it, but when A.J holds his ground to catch him as Parker is coming in fast, the distance is bridged abruptly and we have a clash of heads.

The momentum carries the fight to the ropes, A.J is feeling the effect of the headbutt -- he notifies Giuseppe to interrupt the action ; the euro paid off ref complies to his bosses demands.

The funny part of about this is that not only does Joshua halts the action but when he sees Giuseppe giving Joseph Parker a brief warning, Anthony is still not satisfied with that and overrides the crooked officials warning and rips his tape to get the time he thinks he deserves!

80,000 slurpers that booed the Samoan anthem.

and still AJ delivered one of the largest stink bombs in boxing history.

AJ fought like a guy who knew the judges were in the bag. That's why he didn't take any risks.

Parker easily up 4-2 after six. So what 10+ rounds did AJ win?

and the slurp brigade is so committed they pretend that crap was entertaining while calling guys like Lara and Ward "boring".

This was the second stink bomb in a row.

vs Takam the ref stopped the bout prematurely. not a peep from the slurpers.

vs Parker this guy calls a timeout like this is the NCAA and again, the slurpers remain silent.

If Parkers feints were enough to freeze this guy and keep him honest wtf is he gonna do with Wilder. Smh.
Bore off with your essays you nut hugger.. AJ won and convincingly. You crying about it won't change the result.

name me the fights in NYC that the referee with no justification giving a fighter more time to recover at the start of a round when he was clearly still on wobbly legs
You talk **** and once again a deluded fool.
And if there are plenty of fights when the ref did that in NYC then that city should be granted a boxing license.

These Wilder fans crying about paid off judges, wasn't Wilder ahead on the cards against Ortiz despite getting outboxed all fight.

This may be true, but where was the outcry from anyone other than Castillo fans about Corrales spitting out his mouthpiece MULTIPLE times to avoid stoppage in their fight? Without those INTENTIONAL fouls, he gets stopped and the miracle comeback never happens. Such an overlooked incident that should have tainted the greatest fight of the modern era.

Ok Lou, that didn't happen. If it did it would impress me even more with Joshua though cause that would be a smart move. Messed up, but smart, especially if he was actually buzzed to think that quick
