AJ took a humble moment and called his own time out - the ref bowed to his Black Jesus.

I couldnt believe it when AJ all of a sudden just stopped fighting turned his back on the fight and casually walked over to his corner.
      All after getting tagged.
WTF that all about. Never seen that **** in boxing before.

Should not have been suprised though considering it was King AJs domain and he had paid of all his little dominions.

Joshua was messing with his tape.. an his corner was the one's responsible. I mean seriously where did they get that weak tape from in the u.k.. same tape brook had on his gloves vs spence..

Even Ali at the height of his fame didn't call his own timeout. Anyone who thinks Wilder will get a fair shake in the UK is delusional. Everything in the UK is engineered towards ensuring AJ wins no matter what; fairness and partiality be damned.

Can't help but feel this is being made out as more than it is. Loose tape isn't exactly rare in boxing and I've never seen the ref wait so long to get it fixed. Joshua boxed with loose tape for a while before it was getting ******ly loose. The idea that he was hurt at the time is just making up events after the fact.

I don't have a problem with Wilder getting checked by the ringside physicians in the Ortiz fight, but that was at least as su****ious than this tape fiasco.

That has never happened. AJ didn't call his own timeout. There was nothing to stop Parker from punching Joshua in the head until the referee instructed otherwise.

Damn people get overexcited, it's actually pretty childish

I'll have to take a closer look. This will give me something to do while I'm waiting for Saturday nights fights to start.
