Well on a wider scale he is, which is what I think Arum means, ranking wise. He's still ranked #6 at WW by The Ring, #2 by WBA, and #2 WBO. He's still one of the best in that he could probably beat the majority of the top 10 WW's and he would lose to about 3 of them (the top 3), but he would beat the other 6 imo.

Even though I like Loma better as a fighter I think pac hits too damn hard and is completely unorthodox which is all wrong for Loma.

Pac actually has fought pretty orthodox since getting KOd by JMM. It's one of the main reasons why Floyd handled him so easily. As a result, I don't really give him anything outside a puncher's chance against Loma, and I think he will be made to miss wildly because he's far out of his prime at this point.
