Canelo is a just another Mexican that boxing is trying to take down. Nothing new. If Canelo was black he'd just have to cry Al Sharpton and he'd get a pass. Whites are privileged and nothing happened to them for cheating. Pacquiao is one of the biggest steroid users of all time and but nobody did anything about it.

In other sports:
From tass.com
On January 19, the EHF ruled to annul silver medals of three Russian handball players and slapped them with 20-month suspensions over abuse of banned performance enhancing drugs. The players at the issue were Antonina Skorobogatchenko, Maria Duvakina and Maria Dudina, and, according to the EHF they tested positive for banned performance enhancing drug meldonium.
"The EHF Court of Handball has released its decision in a case against the Russian Handball Federation following anti-doping infringements of three of its players at the Women’s 19 EHF Euro 2017," the EHF said in its statement on Tuesday. "The federation has been disqualified from the competition and all matches are lost by forfeit. The team’s silver medal from the Women’s 19 EHF Euro 2017 is thus also forfeited."
The European Handball Federation added in its statement that the Russian Handball Federation was also ordered to "pay a fine of 20,000 euros (over $24,600) and is suspended from participation in the next EHF competition of the same category for two years."

I honestly don’t have a problem with what Oscar said. Canelo was a model for what we want in the sport. However, after the Mayweather fight he became an example of everything that was wrong with the sport. After being apart of a record breaking PPV he felt he was entitled to be the “man” in the sport. That’s when he started acting like a diva. I’m sure he felt they would sweep the failed tests under the rug. Now instead of being the model in the sport he’ll be forever labeled as a drug cheater. Oscar is doing his best to change the conversation but it’s too late for that now.
