    Spot on. Out of all the dumb things Canelo (and his team) have done over the last month, this was the first smart and decent thing.

          I'm sure that was thought of & it'll probably help with the stuff you mentioned & maybe other things, but the real thing is Canelo saying he's out cuz this ABC Group sh^t was taking too long to decide for no good reason.

          I mean I doubt this was 100% or upsides for this move weren't accounted for, but its still the move to make here with the realities on all sides & to be respectable to GGG after his "my bad" moment..

            Absolutely. And if he does more things like this during his suspension, however long that migh end up being, his rep could be fully recovered byhis first fight back.

              Fair enough. I don't think much of him at present but let's give him the credit for this one and see it as trying to do the right thing by us opponent.
