I think it was Ricky Hatton at one point.

No definitely not. The highest he got was 7 or 8 I believe. In recent times Calzaghe got to 3-4.

Are you counting only U.S. born fighters? If you're a foreign born fighter who is based in the U.S. you have to include them too.
