When a fighter gets suspended, are they still allowed to train/spar

I'm more interested if they can negotiate and promote a fight. Assuming he gets a 6 month suspension, he'll be able to fight August 18 but most likely would fight September 15, but for that to happen, promotions usually begin 4 months before the fight. Can he sign and promote a fight while still suspended? If NO, then I doubt him and GGG will fight this September.

Yes he can do anything he wants except box in Nevada, Margarito fought while suspended signed up for the Pacquiao fight and did promotion all while technically still suspended

I’d assume yes in most cases cause you gotta stay in shape.

But in the case of Canelo and you get suspended in the middle of camp are you still allowed to hold an “official camp” and prepare like you’re preparing for a fight?

I posted a thread about this a few weeks ago. It seemed the answer was yes, but no. Couldn’t spar publicly or have public work outs. That was pretty much the answer that most seemed to agree on, after looking at the rules. Nevada rules I should add.

I think Jerry Jones and the Texas Commission would pick up all of Canelo's future fights in heartbeat if the Nevada suspension holds up.

Canelo can still fight in Cali, Texas, NYC or any other state besides Nevada if that's what your asking.

I don't think that's true, I read this type of suspensions are honored nationwide across all commissions.

They can do anything but box in a real fight for money. They can train and spar as much as they want.
