GGG is the face of the sport, at least for the real boxing fans. CLEAN, NATURAL, an Inspiration for a whole Generation! GGG sold out the Forum, GGG sold out the MGM, GGG sold out T-Mobile. GGG has the most fans worldwide for a reason.

Canelo is done, Golden Boy is done. American fighters cant sell any tickets or PPVs. Crawford totally crashed. Wilder cant sell out his backyard. Joshua put up a snoozefest vs Parker and still hasnt fought outside of the UK.

I enjoy all the salt from the GGG haters.. keep the hate coming. Cinco de Golovkin is here to stay.

Who in your mind would you think could replace Canelo and the buying public still justify paying super fight prices?

        Dan Rafael, King Fight Freak

Nobody really that is a legit possibility for May 5. I'd like to see GGG hold until mid/late June and fight Saunders for the undisputed title since Saunders is supposed to be back by then. But if GGG insists on going May 5 I doubt it will be a top fight. I've heard Spike O'Sullivan mentioned and I've heard an offer was made to Jamie Munguia, a 154 prospect from Mexico. Neither will resonate one iota with the boxing public much less get people pumped t spent $70 on a PPV.

JAMIE MUNGUIA OFFERED FIGHT WITH GENNADY GOLOVKIN ON MAY 5 AS CANELO BACKUP PLAN

Munguia (28-0, 24 knockouts), THE RING’s 2017 Prospect of the Year, is undefeated but he campaigns at junior middleweight

Munguia is viewed as the front-runner to land the GGG fight

Ok I see what you are saying. I agree and I also believe this Jacobs/Sulecki fight has been dubbed a WBA eliminator. Jacobs should get his rematch once he's mandatory challenger again.

He needs a huge opponent. I don't know: Zurdo, Charlo. No one will come close to matching Canelo in ticket sales. Also would need a spectacular under card. At least 2 other match-ups. Maybe Parker/Ortiz for one?

                  AJ/Wilder would do it

These fools are so full of hatred and negativity, they rather support cheaters. GGG has enough fans and real boxing fans cant wait to see him in the ring again. He wasted so much time with Clenelo and needs to be more active again.

GGG has made enough money for the rest of his life. He is sponsored by Apple, Jordan, Samsung, Tecate, Chivas, Hublot and other big time sponsors. Just the creme dela creme. He makes more money by fighting a replacement on May 5th than these haters get from welfare in their whole pathetic life.

That salt from the Canelo fangirls and GGG haters is sooooooo tasty.
