138 and that was only because their was a weight clause... And last I looked 138 is the 140lb division. He just wants to weight bully ppl. I mean he did fight 2 guys in a row at smaller weight classes

Being that lomo can make that weight no problem & the money is there he would do it at 140.

The fight vs Manny obviously will give Loma a lot. But his father has another opinion. Maybe he can confirm this bout in 135-pounds, but definitely not in 140-pounds this year.

being 3lbs over after rehydration is not being a "weight bully"
