If it's Spike I will be p***ed of course. I am thinking Andrade, I just haven't seen much of Derevyanchenko and that would be a flop. In saying that Spike is rated by the bodies so who knows.

they could have EASILY deferred the fight 1 month for a unification with Saunders

Yes you may be right on this one about Spike unfortunately, but like I said on the other thread I didn't realise spike was co-promoted by GB, that's a game changer, and I could see why GB would still want their finger in the pie. Also GGG doesn't change dates for Saunders, Saunders changes dates for GGG. I think logistically the show must go ahead May 5th with money having spent on promoting and things being booked etc. Not going to hide my disappointment was hoping for Andrade but can see GGG is not the one driving the ship here.

FACT: Golovkin will still be 100% responsible/accountable for HIS own decisions

they could simply defer the fight, just like anyone else

NO, he is not a superstar
NO, he is not married to the date
NO, there is no reason whatsoever why they couldn't simply fight Saunders in June
