I rewatched the fight, and just saw so many sequences where Joshua and Parker was gonna start heating up and the fight would become more intense as it progressed, but the referee spoiled the fight so bad that the fighters never really got set and just went back to moving and jabbing. He break up the fighters during at the time they were going to exchange.....
In the sequence of a fight, fighters would be conservative and most exchanges would just last a second or two in the start of a boxing match but as the fight progress and the fighters being more warmed up, they start to open and take the fight in their hands, and they never did it because they were never set and warmed up and just went back to jabbing and moving like in the first two rounds.
