Joshua so far away from being an ATG heavyweight

Can we just stop comparing modern day heavyweights with last century giants?

As much as Parker was a tricky customer for Joshua I see prime Mike Tyson as 3 times the fighter Parker is and on that basis he'd have been all over Joshua like a rash.
Does anyone think that Larry Holmes wouldn't have been too fundamentally sound for both Joshua and Wilder?
Holyfield would have fought Parker for breakfast and taken on Wilder in the evening and AJ a couple of days later.
These guys had bad intentions which were sorely lacking in last nights fight.

Michael Grant, who got KO'd by Lewis in 2 rounds, would probably beat both Joshua and Wilder.

Tyson lost to lesser fighters than Parker like Douglas, he went the distance with guys who'd been stopped by other journeymen like Ruddock and Tillis, went the distance with a part time boxer like Mitch Green who stopped afterwards by a journeyman.

Holyfield was a blown up cruiser with more KO's at cruiser than heavy. Got into a war with a 42 year old, out of shape Foreman, gassed badly and got hurt by LHW Moorer, got stopped by blown up James Toney.

Holmes never fought anybody as big as AJ or Wilder, he had some close SD bouts with guys physically bigger than him like Ken Norton and Tim Witherspoon.

This era is still much better than the past eras. AJ/Wilder would've lost by now like past HW champions were to journeymen/part time boxers.

Holmes never encountered anyone who had elite boxing skills that could punch like Joshua at 6'6 240 plus , the closest would be Gerry Cooney and he almost lost bc he thought about quiting after a huge body shot .

Point is the double standards you guys try and make are ridiculous on here , you dont even know what a ATG actually is otherwise you wouldn't even try and discredit Joshua using it . lol

OK, but in fairness, have any of the AJ fanboys, like myself, said he is anywhere near ATG status at this point. I can obviously only speak for myself, but of course he is nowhere near that level yet. He still has lots of room to improve and the time to do it, but I haven't seen anybody saying he'd run through prime versions of Ali, Foreman and Lewis

If he beats the likes of Wilder, Fury, Povetkin, Pulev he has to be considered an all time great. Right now its a laughable discussion.

AJ has unified three recognized world heavyweight titles. That makes him an all time great in my book.

That is the truth. He might not have been the favorite against Joe Louis for example but Louis would have known he'd have been in a fight
