  • AJ calling his personal 20 sec timeout in round 9

I think AJ may have actually been a bit hurt this round.

Parker landed a 3 punch combo, a short right hand coming in, then a left hook (camera man missed it), then finishes it with a right hook which knocks AJ's head to the side (you can see clearly at this angle in slow motion go to the settings option-speed time 27:22)

Then out of the blue AJ decides to take his tape off and gets 20 secs to regain his composure.

This is pathetic. Wilder will man handle this boy, no wonder AJ wants it in the UK when he can call his own timeout whenever he feels like it.

I think youve read far too much into nothing. I have the fight on box office in HD, and you can clearly see that exchange in the fight and were he tears the tape away.. he wasnt fazed at all.

Dirty boxing? yeah he hit a couple times after the break.. and he deliberately tore his tape off, but everyone knew that was because it had been loose and dangling about for at least 2 rounds, then re-strapped hastily like ****.

You have an agenda, admit it.

This fight looks like Joshua taking the Klitschko text book hold move to the future and beyond! Yea it does look like he took his own 20 second break too

The angle they showed on Showtime was from behind, it looked like the left landed but not the right, in this replay you can clearly see AJ sitting on the ropes while a big right hand hits the side of his head.

AJ had numerous times to have his tape adjusted but suddenly after that particular combo he wants it NOW? He immediately signaled for the ref to come in and break up their inside fighting too. You don't get to call personal timeouts in boxing it's BS. AJ's ref had them breaking up the fight any time Parker was having some sort of success.

Yes watch it. It is boring but if you love boxing, it was a chess match.

If you don't care for either guy don't even bother, it was a very boring fight. No risks, no action

It was like a Klitschko fight, best I can describe it.
