That one was a clear case of favortism and picking the more friendly fighter. Hagler won and to this day I will argue with anybody who says otherwise.

Hagler Lenard would be one of mine. I thought Hagler won. That shoe shine **** doesn't impress me at all.

B-Hop vs Taylor was'nt controversial, just because Hopkins thought it was that does'nt mean it was, Hopkins is a great champ and will be remembered as the most respected one, his win over Tarver just makes Taylor look good.

I think it would have been more controversial if Hopkins had been given the decision.

It wasn't a matter that Hopkins said he won. The majority of ringside analysts had Hopkins winning the fight as well, couple that with the majority of sports media thinking he was the winner, Taylor missing more than half of his punches, being out on his feet twice and clinching just to stand up, and Duane Ford's highly controversial scoring of the 12th round and you have the ingredients for a controversy.

I'm not trying to take anything from Taylor, I like the guy and I think he's great for the sport. However I believe many people out there still think Hopkins won that fight. Regardless I won't debate it, it's been played out. It is what it is, however I think that was a controversial decision.
