Hearn: talks with team wilder start next week but warn not to price themselves out

Negotiations for a world heavyweight title unification fight between Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder could start next week, says promoter Barry Hearn.

If the fight doesn’t happen, it’s all on team wilder

Be realistic and the fight happens

It's clear they don't want Wilder next but Hearn is all about the bluff. He's planting this seed in your mind, so he'll have a prepared excuse when he fails to make the Wilder fight. After all, how will you know what the #'s were? You won't, but you'll believe Hearn because he already planted the seed and he is relentless in the media so you'll just nod your head. Great scammers have worked this way for years. He's truly a pro at it.

Hearn is pulling all the stops to try and avoid this fight.

I'm confident that this is all on him. Joshua doesn't seem to be avoiding the fight but for some reason Hearn just doesn't want it.

I don’t get why AJ deserves so much more. Im a fan of neither but even I can see that’s wilder deserves close to 50/50. Without him this fight would be nowhere near as big, it’s not just one guy bringing in all the fans people would watch this because of Wilder too.

can you please back up that statement with facts as to why you think wilder brings in similar numbers, viewers and financials like PPV numbers?
