WhileI agree Floyd would eat Hatton up for breakfast you do have to realize the Collazo fight was his first fight at that weight and he was fighting a very slick southpaw which makes anybody look bad.

I think Floyd would win but not without taking some serious shots in the process. Mayweather's chin and body will definately be tested when he fights Hatton, Hatton is a brutal close-quarters fighter who could break down Floyd's body if he got close enough.

Question is could he? I doubt it.

what fight were you watching i had hatton winning by 2 rounds

and when you consider it was hattons first fight at 147 against a slick southpaw id say it was a good days work for hatton

and remember styles make fights and hatton has the style to cause floyd problems

I thought a bit like that too...seeing that his chance would be his pressure fighting, but after that fight, it proved, at least in my eyes, that if Floyd decides just to hit and move, he is the favorite. Floyd doesn't have to stand in front of you, and usually doesn't until he feels he has either broken you down, or because he is bored and wants to get the crowd into it.

"styles make fights": well, Collazo is not the boxer that Floyd is, but Floyd is also not the size of Collazo; if Floyd was as big as Collazo, I wouldn't give Hatton much of a chance.
Floyd just has to look at for the left hook, and of course the body punching, but I doubt Ricky is going to be landing that many body punches on Floyd.
