yeah everyone cept the guys who actually make fights in boxing...guys like ellerbe and schaefer and others...guys who know the most money is in vegas.....isnt that what matters? optimizing money potential for both guys?

its a wembley fight because its an advantage for AJ and he can do his apollo creed ring 20 minute ring entrance with pyro show

other than that....everyone knows the big ticket price is in vegas where they can do a bigger gate and make more ppv money for everyone
They aren't making this fight so their opinions are totally irrelevant.

AJ is the the man and he'll throw Wilder a bone on his own terms. That's how boxing is and how it has always worked. You can sit and try to play the accountant and bring up names who have opinions, but they don't have anything to do with it.

If AJ wants it in the UK that's where it's going.

Wilder can keep his toy belt, the real belts are staying in England where the real heavies are at, the real fighting men. Wilder just wants hot chips and everyone to run to him, thats not how this game works....

Plus I bet you they be not taking liberties to this big roided up stiff idiot If he was based in the US!

Joshua is a coward and scared to travel
oh so it isnt mexicans or mexicans living in america that buy the majority of ppv's for canelo then? no it must be the white man... the ones milking your brothers?

Or is it the black man? somehow i think neither black or white americans are buying the lions share of the ppv for clenelo. its hispanics / mexicans whatever the **** you wana call them.

and if you dont make it big til youre in the states whats wilders excuse? where his own people are being asked who he was and they either dont know or ask if hes in the nfl? yeaaahh reaal big. admit it, if the fights in the us it isnt because of wilder.. he piggy backs of aj's name which in itself is unknown in the wider audience over your side of the pond.

If Wilder is the epitome of making it in the US, where his own people give no ****s about dipping their hands into their wallets to see him fight, im sure AJ wil do just fine with mil+ ppv's and solds out stadiums in the UK.

big dog, little pond syndrome. You yanks all thought once klitschko got ****** that wilder would lay waste to fury. it never happened, hearn picked up the pieces your lot were too ****ing ****** to grab when they were there, and now you still dont have THE MAN at HW, no matter how many wifebeatings, gun possession charges and bodycount quotes he wants to make.

does aj want to make the most money he can?

everyone in the know acknowledges that if AJ/wilder were to happen the most money is in vegas

and isnt aj bout that life? "you see the belts...you know what im about"....

so in vegas you have the prestigious wbc belt and being undisputed....and the most money

so what is AJ afraid of?

why did hearn mention america many times for AJ...then to have AJ get in the ring and say "were staying right here"? lolol

AJ is rich already. He just made more yesterday than Wilder did in his entire career.

As I said, the fight will happen in the UK because that's where AJ wants it. When Wilder is the money man, he can decide where fights are taking place.

so AJ wants less money to fight wilder so he can have it his backyward with his crooked judges and italian refs who cant speak english and allow him to call his own timeouts?

seems like an honorable chap who really is "bout that life".....nootttttttttttttttttt

funny you play the "aj is rich already" line...yet you called me a wannabe accountant in your last reply....the irony!!!

how do you know that though? that's just speculation. you also don't know how much they could make in the uk. more speculation. maybe they pump up the ticket prices and ppv prices in the uk. maybe they do a good live gate and poor ppv numbers in the US which results in less money. at the very least its a risk to take the fight to the US when there is a sure thing in the UK because neither wilder or joshua are that popular in the US.

also the ppv market has been very down cept for the huge fights with not only one star but two. fights like canelo-ggg, canelo-chavez jr. if yo look at fights like ggg-jacobs, canelo-liam smith, floyd-berto. they all tanked. could they promote this fight and get a lot of interest? maybe but more speculation. if wilder had a track record of success and popularity then it would make more sense but as of right now its just hoping it would do good based on a good marketing campaign which is what it would take

wilder/AJ is already building a solid buzz over here

if they fight in the US and sell it out the gate does better than a UK fight....and the US ppv money is a bonus....they will still have UK PPV money no?

even if the fight only did 400k over here(which i think it will do more) its all gravy really

you can call it speculation...but everything is based off speculation

ggg sold 100k ppvs....but golden boy speculated that they could do real good numbers with him...speculation is part of everything...business....the markets...sports...boxing...everything
