That's a tough one. A lot of guys that had a good case are not around anymore. My picks would be:

Gassiev / Usyk winner - best resume in boxing, unified undisputed champ.
Joshua - good resume, very popular. Unified hw champ
Golovkin - long time champion, unified, good resume
Crawford
Loma

I really want to put Rungvisai in there too, but not sure who to replace.
Rungvisai - unified champ, his last 3 fights were the toughest of any fighter in last decade.
