cotto last week hatton last month both fighters have just had 1 of the hardest fights of there carer both slick boxers now who do u think had the hardest fight? would hatton blow away Malignaggi and vise verser ? and are all the americans running scared of hatton he seems to find it hard to get a big name in the ring not realy sure why this is there most be good money fightin hatton why dont u experts enlighten me coz i cant work it out lol is it coz hatton will be such a hard fight or is it just there is for money fightin other american fighters ?

i beleive hattons having trouble getting big named opponents because he poses too much of a risk , most american fighters are quite happy staying in the comfort zone and cashing huge cheques then rather going out there to beat the best opposition
cotto shouldnt have difficultys getting fights atm cause he hasnt faced the big playas in and around hes division yet , also hes a bit green and has got a suspect chin but for the first person who beats him many would regard it has a very big scalp on there resume

What? Granted this happends in boxing as general rule,but youre also talking about hatton who,had his first big fight after what,38 fights or so? and just recently had his first fight in America.Talk about comfort zone.

Hatton could have chico if he wanted.His people are choosing to stick with Urkal,probably because he came off of a tough fight with Collazo.

As for cotto,Cotto-Castillo was in the works,and then that fell though bit time with castillo.@147 cotto's people are probably waiting to see what happnes with gatti-baldomir

I think Cottos faced some good solid oposition, and consistantly so after about 12 fights!

hatton didnt want no part of torres. hatton is an overrated bum who will lose i the next yr. he probably should have even lost to callazzo, the challenger is suposed to do more than enough to take the champs belt and he definately didnt do more than enough. he got a gift decision cause he signed a big contract to fight for hbo. callazo schooled that midget and IMO got jerked with the decision. like i said, put hatton in the ring with cotto or any other serious fighter and he will lose in the next yr or even before then.
