It looks like they already made up their mind and their suspending him so showing up probably won't make a difference he should only show up if his legal team advices him

A lot more can be determined by having someone in front of you. Body language; whether they consult with an advisor before answering; etc.

His future, reputation, and credibility is on the line here, he should be there in person to represent himself.
IMO since this is already a disciplinary hearing, appearance "in person or by telephone" doesn't matter much to the commission hence he was given that option.

NSAC will just want to hear an admission from Caneloterol if he took Clenbuterol intentionally to finally decide on the length of the suspension which I think ranges from 2-years to 6-months depending on Caneloterol's answers to the commission's inquiry.

I was thinking the same thing. You would think he would want to make his case in person. He already has shown he has no respect for the process. It won’t help if he’s a no show at the hearing.

He should definitely have to appear in person, it shouldn't be optional imo.

Canelo gonna take his talents to Texas and never generate another dollar for Vegas. Canelo holds grudges trust me. and Texas wont give two fcks about what Nevada rules.
