Mayweather has a different mental makeup. Floyd was king for a decade and everybody was coming for the crown. I get why people don’t like Floyd. But no one can dispute that fact he made more money in boxing than anyone has over their entire career. And he took the least amount of punishment too and finished undefeated. Now he may not be the greatest boxer ever or the toughest, but you have to respect him, not saying personally as a man, but as someone who excelled in his sport.
