Stop being a fanboy for a change. I don't really defend Joshua. He's a solid fighter that I enjoy to watch but I'm not a fan of his per se. I DO like to bash Wilder's newly acquired "fan base" though because they are dumb and ignorant and are the typical "root for the undefeated fighter that's going against a guy they hate but then give up on the fighter when he loses". My policy for truly being a fan is if the fighters are active then one must go see that fighter live to truly qualify as a fan. Most of them as in the vast majority. He had basically no fans until Joshua KO'd the man he was avoiding and then they came out of the woodwork.

It's something that we've seen many times before clinging onto this unbeaten fighter out of hatred for another fighter, who's more established and then when they ride with the fighter until he loses and then peace out to the next bandwagon. I remember it with Calzaghe-Lacy and Tszyu-Judah for example. Lacy had a HUGE amount of believers yet nobody admits that today.

Joshua is overrated. I agree. Wilder is overrated too in case it hasn't dawned on you. His footwork and skills are so sloppy. He's like a poor man's Mayorga.
