This shows how much Hearn wants Wilder vs Whyte, what is exactly how much he don't want Wilder vs Joshua

Originally posted by Rubber Ducky View PostThis fight obviously isn't going to happen. Wilder is putting obstacles in front of any possible show down. He said of Thaboxingvoice that he's only fight Whyte if Whyte fought Ortiz next, he accused Hearn of putting the Whyte fight as a road block to Joshua but then uses Ortiz to do the same thing with Whyte, such a hypocrite.
Even if Whyte does fight Ortiz and beat him, when would that happen, in the summer, so he then fights Whyte in late 2018, so what about making the Joshua fight as soon as possible? Why delay that fight until 2019 by forcing Whyte to fight Ortiz and then fighting Whyte?
He also said he'd take Whyte if Joshua was guaranteed but Hearn agreed to that a while ago, so he's just repeating a demand that's already been agreed to but has done nothing to move forward with the Whyte fight. Instead he talks about Breazeale or Kownacki being next. The fact he's already looking into other options before even approaching Whyte or Joshua suggests him and his team have no intentions of starting any kind of serious negotiations for either of them.
To be fair to Wilder, Hearn clearly doesn't want the Joshua fight until late 2018 but the Whyte fight is there and he'll make more than double what he's earned before for Whyte yet still isn't interested. But Wilder just keeps flapping his lips and making excuses.
I listened to Wilder's Tha Boxing Voice interview on Wednesday. Wilder said he'd fight Whyte under one of those 3 conditions:
1) Joshua is in the contract as the next opponent
or
2) Whyte fights Ortiz (I didn't understand why nor did they ask why Wilder would fight Whyte if he beat Ortiz)
or
3) Wait until the WBC enforces the mandatory which could take awhile since Wilder just fought his mandatory against Ortiz.
Here, in this interview, Wilder reiterates his conditions:
"I’ll give him an ultimatum: If you really want to see me fight this Dillian Whyte guy, if they fight Ortiz and beat him and they put Joshua on the end of the contract, I will fight him. Those are the terms. If they talk about getting into the mandatory position, I’ll wait it out. I’ve got a year. I’ve got a year with my mandatory. What they gonna do? Get with my demands and do what you gotta do and make the fight happen. I don’t see any other way. I’m comfortable right now."
