It's like a cop letting you off with a warning the first time you break a rule, instead of ticketing, fining, or towing your car. Yes there's rules, but if you break them unknowingly, and you plead your case and your case makes sense that it wasn't intentional and no one got hurt while you broke the rule...then yes, let him off with a damn warning. I give inmates warnings all the time for breaking rules worse than having trace amounts of clen.

How many other tests has Canelo failed? Was this intentional? Was he roided to the gills? Do experts say it looks like it was unintentional?

It will set a president in regards to eating meat in Mexico. The risk will be too great, that's why i don't believe Canelo would even risk it to begin with.
