Prior to this point there was still a possibility that Ca$hnelo was innocent, but the NSAC had to do something drastic because Golovkin was making them look bad.

Remember how after the fight Loeffler had not much to say, all he cares about is the rematch / money, as most promoters do. They use their fighters like ******.

After that stinky decision (118-110 is corruption, regardless of who you thought won) they gave GGG a mexican ambassador gig to keep him happy, keep the slave obedient and quiet so as to ensure the slave doesn't revolt / make a scene and make them look bad.

The failed tests pushed GGG over the limit and he finally spoke out, now they are in damage control. The good boy was supposed to keep his mouth shut and not cause a stir.
