Comments Thread For: Anthony Joshua to Joseph Parker: Yeah, I'll Be Up for a War!

Anthony Joshua embraced Joseph Parker's suggestion that they "go to war" on Saturday night. New Zealand's Parker made that statement as part of an open workout Wednesday at St. David's Hall in Cardiff, Wales. When it was Joshua's turn to speak after his workout, he assured Parker that he'll happily oblige if it's a war Parker wants at a sold-out Principality Stadium.

No AJ, this is a battle.
      The war is vs Wilder.
Stop being a little pampered coward.
AJ is fine with others fighting in his house but won't fight in the states?

Where else can you fill out a 80,000 seater football stadium with fight fans

Ive done Vegas years ago for Hopkins Calzaghe and it was great fun but was a £4000 trip altogether and the seats weren't great. Vegas in general was a rip off and that was when the pound was strong

Maybe because it was two old fighters and not too Mexican warriors I don't know but there was no buzz and it cost a shed load of coin for the pleasure

Its not that he wont fight in the states its that at this point he doesn't have to. After this Saturday, Joshua's lasts 3 fights will have had a combined 250,000 live spectators. Wilder probably hasn't sold that many tickets in his entire career to date!

Parker is looking dangerous, if these guys both bring their 'A' game it should make for a great fight.

Why do Americans think people wanna go there?

Bent judges, **** crowds, and less money than the UK.

Add in The fact that AJ has more belts on more recognition than windmill, and it is the plastic ball player who needs to be going to Wembley
