I have a Controversial All Time #4# List For You!

What do you guys think about this one? I disagree with about half of it but Im sure this is one were alot of people will have different picks and rankings

He does have some good points on Tyson though. He is the only man to be called the baddest man on the planet and he did lose 3 years of his prime to prison. If Floyd went to prison now for 3 years and came back then he wouldnt be nearly as good when he came back

For the myth that was a young Mike Tyson it is understandable how somebody could put him on the list. But for total accomplishments he doesnt even come close to top 10.

Tyson doesn't crack my top 10 HW's of all time... let alone p4p. I can understand if people have him in their TOp 10 for HW but the man didn't do nearly enough for p4p status. He has no great wins on his resume which alone is enough to keep him off of the list in my eyes.

I'll go with Bert Sugar (if I remember correctly), who has Tyson as the 100th Greatest Fighter of All Time.

Tyson wasn't a fighter, he was more of a promoter. When it came to putting asses in seats nobody was better than Mike. However his in-ring ability was pretty lackluster, hell just look at his record and you'll be hard-pressed to find any decent competition on it. The only noteable guys he beat were already fighting arthritis!

He's probably the single most destructive person for the sport of boxing. He was horrible in and out of the ring, the only reasons people will remember him are the following.

A.)Most of his fans were casual boxing fans who never watched much if at all before(or after) Tyson.

and B.)His explosive personality which lead to problems both in and out of the ring.

I wouldn't even place him on the top 10 heavyweights of all time, let alone pound-for-pound.

I always been a Tyson fan, but i agree.
