    Anthony Peterson's Defense?

I see he tries to use the Mayweather/Toney defense. You see more and more guys trying to use it now. He is solid at it but you can tell he's still green with it. Alot of times it looks forced and he does it when he shouldnt do it.

Also, when Floyd & Toney do it, it looks like there picking off shots, but the way he does it at times, just seems like he's getting hit with good shots. Again, I think its because it looks forced at times and he leans with it too much which at times looks like he's leaning into the punch instead of away from it.

He's looking better though, as the fight goes on

Alot of posers in the fight game are trying to do it. I've only see Floyd/Toney consistently do it well. It is an awesome move, though.

It's cool for me to see a kid like Anthony making his name in boxing now. I had one of my best kids, Dwayne "Super D" Hairson, defeat Anthony in the finals of the 1998 National PAL Championships in a THRILLING fight between two 13 year old 85 pounders. My kid didn't stick to boxing, tough, and Anthony did and now look at him. I am happy for him.

He uses half of the Floyd/Toney defense and the other half he uses the Winky/Quartey defense.

If he can master both of them then he could have a good future

I think when he puts his gloves up, you can stick your left jab in his face, keep it there enough to come off with a very strong wide right hand. With the jab in his face, he can't see anything for sure.

Honestly, I see him having a decent future but his brother is the better prospect. His brother has got nice defense, nice reflexes, and he's a much bigger puncher. He's fundamentally as solid as his bro and he goes for the knockout. I like him more.

            Both can make money though.

What about the guy in your avater? Thats what Teddy said you can do to him if your good enough. Do you think Taylor can do it to him?

Winky keeps his gloves away from his face a little not on his face and a tad bit more spread out so he can see. Also when Winky sees a head punch he will put his gloves totally together and step back afterwards. Wright is a master at seeing every shot coming and blocking with his gloves. Winky also paws shots away from his face...

Peterson seems to switch styles to confuse opponents... He doesn't have one master style and it seems aparent that he does not.

Taylor uses the jab a lot which Wright can paw that jab away all night. Taylor doesn't switch up his shots enough... An interesting thing I learned today is that in the article with Manny Steward he says "We have been teaching Taylor to use lots of other shots in order to get to Winky". But tonight on FNF's Taylor says "I have the best jab in the business and I will use that and my right hand to win". So I wonder what that means.

I still say Winky will win the fight whether or not Taylor squeezes the victory or not...
