Wilder is not scared of Whyte, that's bollocks. Having said that, I do not understand why doesn't fight him. Hearn was offering him $3-4m plus exposure to the UK market. That's a career high payday and a huge increase in popularity, which likely would get him AJ after Whyte. Wilder should have taken that last year when it was offered. No idea what he's waiting for or what the hold up is.

He wants AJ next. As this goes longer though, Wilder will realize that he isn't going to get AJ next, and will likely fight Whyte just because he's No. 1 contender.Wilder is not scared of Whyte, that's bollocks. Wilder not going to Cardiff would be disappointing. But I doubt it has anything to do with Whyte. I just rewatched that Lucas Browne fight yesterday and Browne might have the worst right hand in boxing.Comment

Whyte is a good fighter but he is so much slower and less athletic than Wilder at his best win I seriously doubt he has Wilder worried. At all. Ortiz was so much more of a threat I can't even.Comment
