Hes young, but he is not 27, I give him maybe 1 more after Lara and itll start to catch up. As you get closer to 30 its easier to add muscle vs lose weight. A 29yo 6'1" Hurd @160 will be a monster.

Hurd is a big dude lol hahaha Lara better be careful I don't think it's a stretch to say Hurd could fight at '68 if he wanted to. He stood in front of Lara and made him look like a kid. I understand what Lara is saying though Trout (and Harrison both) had good moments against Jarrett Hurd but his size and power allowed him to withstand any trouble he faced and was able to wear those guys down. Expect Lara to box the same way he always does not taking risks, but fans don't like his boring style so I expect some to side with Hurd who has a more fan friendly style. With that said Lara by UD.

I'm afraid Hurd will be seriously exposed in this one. I am picking Lara via trademark ho-hum decision.

Exposed meaning what? That he may be outboxed by Lara, a pure boxer? I mean it's already established that he rather simply "eat shot" instead of avoiding them and basically only fight on the front foot. I'm not sure there's much to expose in Hurd, he is who is for the most part.

Unless Lara is shot I think he outclasses Hurd but it won’t be easy Hurd will have his moments but they won’t be enough.
