There is zero proof that Margarito cheated against Cotto. A boxer must wrap his hands in front of a member of the boxing commission and a member of the other boxer's team.Then the gloves are marked and sealed. That the rules and it makes it about impossible for a boxer to have illegal wraps. If he was wearing bricks how was Cotto able to win the early rounds and why wasn't he knocked cold by these bricks? Canelo tested clean for the Cotto fight. He is a better fighter than Cotto and needs no assistance from PEDs to beat Cotto. There is always an excuse for every Cotto loss.
