If that person doesn't like a fighter then yes.

Facts are facts. It's probably a little over 90% of the fighters that have failed tests are from US or Mexico (way more US) and the funny thing is all these "dirty eastern Euro's" base themselves in America and train here and do the same tests and pass them. They clearly don't feel the need to cheat as much. Imagine the amount of US fighters and Mexican fighters too that have juiced but haven't been caught. It's probably a HUGE amount.

No doubt, a lot of the top guys are suspect but until they come up dirty I assume their clean. It's not right for the guys who actually are clean but viewed by some people to be dirty. It would be like sending people to prison just because they look like a psychopath

Marquez never failed a test and when Roach said he suspects him Marquez offered an on the spot test to which team Pacquaio said no. He also asked for testing for fight III and that was declined.
