I'm certain i'm right. It's in the rules of every org purse bid that the purse bid winner decides location, network etc of the fight. Another clown exposes himself.

i see these dudes dont like facts. these dudes still say the fight can't happen because wilder wants 50/50 even though the man said he will take whatever deal hearn offers as long as if he wins they take the same deal in a rematch.
